El Centro Latinoamericano is dedicated to
providing services that will unite and strengthen the Latino
community living in the Cedar Valley. This will be done through
capacity building and developing Latino leadership, providing
services to enhance the development of self-sufficiency among
Latinos, and providing education to improve cultural competency
and build positive relationships between the Latino and larger
community.
